Refund, Returns, and Exchanges Policies

 At Juicee Juicee, we're committed to providing the highest quality juices and exceptional customer service. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll work with you to make it right. 

Returns and Refunds 

If you're not delighted with your juice order, you can return it within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us via email to initiate the return process. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned order.

 Eligibility for Returns 

- Unopened, unused juices in their original packaging 

- Juices that are defective or spoiled  

- Orders that were incorrect or incomplete 

- Returns are not accepted for

- Juices that have been opened or consumed 

- Custom or special orders 

- Juices that are past their expiration date 

Store Credit and Exchanges

- If you'd like to exchange your order for a different juice or product, we'll provide store credit for the full amount. 

- Store credit can be used within 30 days of issuance. 

Shipping and Handling 

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is due to our error. 

- We'll cover shipping costs for exchanges or replacements. 

Quality Guarantee

- We guarantee the quality of our juices and ingredients. 

- If you're not satisfied with the taste, quality, or freshness of your juice, please let us know and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
